Heber Valley girls camp was so much fun this year. The girls were fun and got along really good. We had fun hiking,eating,making bracelets,writing in journals,reading scriptures,tye dyeing shirts,playing games,canoeing and paddle boating on the lake. Its a great experience to get away from everything by enjoying nature and the beauty of the earth. I'm not a camper and some would say staying in cabins with toilets and showers isn't camping but its my kind of camping. I love being with the young women in our ward and I love girls camp. :)

We just had a family reunion there this weekend. It is really nice up there! The guys, of course, all joked about it being too nice for camping. We stayed in the Marjorie Pay Hinckley site. The missionaries told us that Pres. Hinckley and his family stayed at that site and he wanted to dedicate it to her. It was cool!
Shirts? Oh Miz Penny did you forget about everything else? Ha ha! It was ways fun and we did get along really well. The best girls camp yet! Love ya Penny boo whoo!
Good that everybody got along!! I remember girls camp, and all the cattyness (sp? but you get the idea) Glad you did not see any of that!!
